O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree...

We decided this year to go cut down our Christmas tree. We tried last year but got our truck stuck in a snowbank 2x, the roads were VERY icy, it was COLD, and after all that, we decided to play it safe and ended buying our tree at a grocery store lot. No, we didn't cut our own tree down last year but we have some great stories to tell in trying to do so!

This year the weather was perfect, we tried a new spot and we found our tree pretty quickly. Here's a few pictures of us cutting down the tree, decorating it and our finished product. We are excited about this being our baby's first Christmas--we plan to see both sets of grandparents over Christmas & enjoy both families.
