Camping Trip

We decided it would be fun to go camping one last time before the baby came so we spent 2 1/2 days a this great camping spot. Good friends of ours and their 2 girls went with us (they had never been camping as a family before) so it was a lot of fun for everyone.

Of course, we took the trailer and our friends took a tent. The trailer came in super handy since it was cold and rainy for most of the weekend and having a bathroom nearby when you are nearly 8 months pregnant is a HUGE plus and a necessity!

We went fishing one morning and caught 3 rainbow trout in less than 2 hours. Almost no one was around and it was a perfect fishing spot--that is until the rain came. We held out for a while but soon it was too much rain and we packed up and went back to camp. That night we all enjoyed trout for dinner!

All in all, in spite of some rain, we had a great, relaxing time!
